These terms are the agreement between you and Kolibri when you join the waitlist at trykolibri.com or use the Kolibri app. By using either, you agree to them.
1. Who we are
Kolibri is operated by Magnus Skovgaard Tech (CVR 46488776), a sole proprietorship (enkeltmandsvirksomhed) registered in Denmark. You can reach us at [email protected].
2. The service
Today Kolibri is a waitlist: you can give us your email so we can tell you when the app launches. When the iOS app is released, these terms also cover your use of it, including its skill tree, program builder, workout logging and social features. Features may change, launch, or be removed as we develop the product.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use Kolibri. By using it, you confirm that you are.
4. Your account and your content
When the app launches you will create an account and are responsible for keeping it secure. Anything you log or post is yours. By posting content to the social feed you allow other users to see it, and you grant us a limited licence to store and display it so the app can function. Don’t post content you don’t have the right to share.
5. Acceptable use
- Don’t harass, threaten or abuse other people.
- Don’t post illegal, hateful, or sexually explicit content.
- Don’t try to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
- Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent your achievements to game leaderboards.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.
6. Health and safety
7. Subscriptions and payments
Kolibri is free to join and will be free to start using. Some features may later be offered through a paid subscription (“Kolibri Pro”). If so, purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms; pricing and renewal details will be shown before you buy.
8. Intellectual property
Kolibri, its name, design, artwork, skill trees and content are owned by us and protected by law. You may use the app for your own training, but you may not copy, resell or redistribute it or its content without our permission.
9. Disclaimers and liability
Kolibri is provided “as is”. We work hard to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its guidance suits every person. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for injury resulting from how you choose to train. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot legally be limited.
10. Ending your use
You can stop using Kolibri and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or misuse the service.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Denmark, and any dispute will be handled by the Danish courts, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
12. Changes
We may update these terms as Kolibri grows. If we make material changes we’ll update this page and, where appropriate, let you know. Continuing to use Kolibri after a change means you accept the new terms.
